Pieces that carry my judgment

This is a Diagnostics deliverable, which means it establishes what is true about the site now. It is the unit of scope: it can be commissioned on its own, priced on its own, and accepted on its own, whether or not anything else is bought alongside it.

It is not a package and not a retainer. It is one document with 10 components, and the list below is the whole of it.

What Is Scoped Inside It

These are separately scopable pieces of work. They are normally bought as part of the whole, but any one of them can be commissioned on its own if that is all you need.

  • Agent access audit. A review of which automated agents can reach the site and which are blocked, and whether that matches what the business actually wants.
  • Query fan-out research. The chain of sub-questions an assistant works through before answering, and which of them the site can currently satisfy.

What Is Inside It

Every component is listed with the one sentence that says what it is. They are grouped by how each one is produced, because the difference between a number a tool gave me and a number I decided matters more than most reports admit.

Measured

Pulled straight from tools and logs. No interpretation, so you can re-run any of it yourself and get the same numbers.

Query fan-out capture
The chain of sub-questions an assistant asks on the way to answering the primary query.
LLM response sampling set
Dated captures of how named assistants answer the target queries, and who they cite.
Citation share snapshot
How often the brand appears as a cited source across sampled assistant responses.
Answer block inventory
Passages on the site that already function as a direct answer, and where they sit.
Competitor comparison table
The same measurements taken across named competitors, so the gap is quantified rather than described.

Judged

My reading of the evidence. This is the part you are actually paying for, and the part you are entitled to argue with.

Extractability score by template
How readily each template yields a clean, quotable answer to a machine reader.
Entity disambiguation check
Whether machines can reliably distinguish this brand and its entities from similarly named ones.
Entity map, current state
The entities the site currently describes and how they are connected, as machines would read it today.
Prioritised recommendation list
Every recommendation in the order it should be acted on, with the reason for that order.
Method and scope statement
What was examined, what was deliberately not, and with which tools and data ranges.
