Make the answer cheap to find

Redundancy across formats, not contradiction
Saying the same thing in prose, JSON-LD, and plain text is reinforcement. Saying slightly different things in each is how conflicting facts get into a model.
llms.txt is prose, not config
The useful version reads like a briefing note for a reader with no context. A key value dump adds nothing a crawler could not already get from the markup.
The identifier does the work
Facts are cheap. A stable identifier that every other claim can hang from is what turns a list of facts into an entity.
